The 124.1 cc Daelim Daystar is one of the most comfortable motorcycles on the road today. The first to feature a pneumatic monocushion and fork, the Daystar is a fusion of classic looks and the latest technology. Powered by a four-stroke, four-valve engine, the Daystar incorporates features such as an O-ring chain that quadruples durability and safety; a chain tensioner that increases chain life; oil supply hole in clutch centre and a friction disk plate to minimize loss of transmission power; and an air-oil combined cooling system for the highest cooling efficiency. The Daystar has a dry weight of 160 kilograms. The motorcycle has a 5-gear transmission. It can reach a maximum speed of 115 kmph with a fuel efficiency of 46.8 kmpl. Its 13.2 PS engine roars to life at the push of a button. Hardcore motorcycle enthusiasts may choose to kick-start the beast. The tank holds 17.3 litres of fuel when full.
