The Daelim S-Five is a sporty scooter with a powerful 49.5 cc two-stroke engine. Ideal for city driving, the S-Five can be used as a daily mode of transport or as a vehicle used only on weekends for visiting friends, shopping, and other routine chores. The S-Five's muffler incorporates a catalytic converter which reduces levels of toxic substances in the vehicle's exhaust fumes. The muffler also has a stainless steel protector to prevent the passenger from coming into contact with a hot exhaust pipe. The S-Five features large 12-inch wide wheels, front disk brake and a powerful headlight for greater driving stability and safety night or day. The scooter has a high sitting position (765 mm) for better visibility and improved driving control. Its 5.1 PS engine gives the S-Five a maximum speed of 45 kmph (up to 64 kmph under ideal conditions), and a fuel efficiency of 43.3 kmpl. The scooter also features a remote-controlled trunk locking system. The S-Five is available in five exciting colours: Silver Red, Black, Blue Yellow, Silver, and Silver Blue. The S-Five is perfect for first-time two-wheeler owners, and style and safety conscious women and youngsters. The scooter can be accessorized with a bumper, rear carrier, windscreen, and a rear storage box.
