Most of these electric vehicles can only be found in China but iScooters is looking to expand their offerings outside of the country to other world areas.

Each scooter made by iScooters is fully assembled before it is shipped out to people. Each scooter is also fully tested in quality control offices in China before it can be shipped out to anyone who wants one. An actual test ride of each scooter is used to ensure that it works properly and that everything has been installed properly. This is a quality control standard used to ensure that the best possible product is going to be sent out to a customer.

The company offers a standard manufacturer warranty of twenty-four months for all power train parts. This is one of the longest warranties on the market. Some companies that work as authorized iScooters dealers will offer extended warranties that can last for thirty-six months instead. Others can add six or twelve month bumper to bumper warranties. iScooters welcomes all of these warranty options but it will ask for retailers to charge extra for any warranties that go beyond the manufacturer standard.

iScooters products are legal in most states. These street legal products will work with general DOT and EPA standards. As of now iScooters products are not available in California. This is due to how these scooters do not work with CARB laws that are used in California.
