TNG Motor

Twist N’ Go Motor, or TNG Motor as it is more commonly called, is a motor scooter company. It is a part of the CMSI, Inc. group out of Preston, Washington. The company sells motor scooters that originate from factories in China.

TNG Motor takes pride in its quality control processes. The quality control that is used works through the company’s Quality Plus program. This is where all parts on all motor scooters are OEM checked to see that they can work with general model specifications. They are also used to work with all standards United States regulations. Each part is checked with its assembly, fit and durability in each product.

All motor scooters work with PDI, or Pre-Delivery Inspection, checks in China before they can be shipped out to the United States. The PDI check will work to see that the vehicle is safe to sell in the United States. TNG Motor is noted for being the only motor scooter company in the United States that works with PDI checks in its quality control process.

All of the company’s motor scooters work with DOT safety standards. This is done as a part of TNG Motor’s membership with the MIC. The Motorcycle Industry Council works to ensure that members work with motorcycles and other small vehicles that can meet DOT and NHTSA safety standards. This is done as a means of enforcing the current Chinese market to work with safer manufacturing and inspection processes like what TNG Motor works with.

The company offers all sorts of motor scooters at varying values. These range from 49cc scooters that cost around fifteen hundred dollars to 250cc scooters that are worth about three thousand dollars.

The company works with a number of unique features as well. For example, the company makes scooters with its Atlas Frame System. This is used in that the frame is made with extra welds and is fully reinforced.

Many of the scooters use the company’s Twist N’ Go Automatic Transmission feature. This works to match the clutch, variator and drive gears together to create a continuous flow of speed. This is used to make it easier for the vehicle to work at a fast speed.

TNG Motor scooters can only be sold by authorized dealers. These dealers can sign up through the TNG Motor website. These authorized dealers will have to work with specific standards to make sure that they can work properly.
